have a strict privacy policy. We will not give out any personal information about our members
to any person or organisation. We may make an exception to this rule in response to unlawful activity
on the part of a subscriber, or if required to do so by a law enforcement agency that has the
necessary authority.
when you subscribe to ebony-bondage.org, this is what happens:
- The online financial transaction is controlled entirely by CCBill
- Part of this transaction requires you to provide information (including credit card details) into an online form using the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL)
- During this entire process you are dealing directly with CCBill (thus the important issue is whether you trust CCBill, not whether you trust Ebony Bondage).
- CCBill's privacy policy and their terms and conditions are available online
- CCBill allows us access your membership details including your subscription ID number, but they are stored on CCBill's secure server
- CCBill does NOT give us access to your credit card number
- We do not collect any additional information about you, unless you knowingly provide us with it at a later date
- All personal information you provide us is regarded as strictly confidential, and we will not pass it on to any other company, or any individual who is not involved in running Ebony Bondage. We may make an exception to this rule in response to unlawful activity on the part of a subscriber, or if required to do so by a law enforcement agency that has the necessary authority.

- We do not collect or sell any information about yourself to any person or body outside of Ebony Bondage
- In order to enter the members area your browser will need to accept a cookie. The sole function of this cookie is to enable you to enter the members area by using your password. This cookie is perfectly innocuous and does not include any spying activity.
- We do not put any spyware or scumware on your computer. If you are not familiar with the concept of spyware, you may be surprised at how much spyware has already been surreptitiously installed on your computer without your knowledge or permission! This is a practice we strongly disapprove of. Free software for spyware detection and removal can be downloaded from www.lavasoftUSA.com (their server has been unreliable recently - I will add the hyperlink when the service is reliable again).
