The Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law of the USA (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257) is an American law that does not apply to producers of material outside of the United States of America*. Because Ebony Bondage is produced, maintained, and hosted in a country other than the USA, it is obvious that USC 2257 does not apply to us.

However, since we have dealings with many producers and service providers who are based in the USA, and since these individuals and companies are scared shitless of falling foul of the USC 2257 regulations, we have posted the following notice to help our friends in the trade.

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law of the USA (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our website were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All models' proof of age is held by the custodian of records. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

In actual fact Ebony Bondage has been designed throughout to be fully compliant with British Law, and in this regard the above statement about the ages of our models and actresses is highly relevant!

The United States of America does not have jurisdiction over the internet generally, and Ebony Bondage is not produced within the USA. The above notice has been posted with the sole purposes of (a) reassuring our American business partners that they can do business with us without fear of retaliation from their own law enforcement agencies on USC 2257 grounds, and (b) reassuring our other highly intimidated American friends that they can link to us safely, without fear of suffering malicious prosecution within their own country (I bet some won't dare anyway; I guess that is just a price you have to pay if you live in the free world).

* In any case, the regulations themselves state that these laws and supportive regulations only affect producers of sexually explicit content who reside and produce (or resell) material within the United States.
